*Weight Loss:
Take 1 drop in every 12 oz of water. Use only glass, stainless steel, or porcelain cups
*Food addictions, sugar cravings:
Diffuse, take 2 drops in a veggie capsule before meals, drink 1 drop per 12 oz of water daily
*Cellulite, sagging skin:
Drink in water or take in a veggie capsule, apply diluted to problem areas. If using topically, Use in the evening, stay out of direct sunlight for 8 hours.
