*Top Physical Uses:
Take 1 drop in every 12 oz of water. Use only glass, stainless steel, or porcelain cups
*Food addictions, sugar cravings:
Diffuse, take 2 drops in a veggie capsule before meals, drink 1 drop per 12 oz of water daily
*Cellulite, sagging skin:
Drink in water or take in a veggie capsule, apply diluted to problem areas. If using topically, Use in the evening, stay out of direct sunlight for 8 hours.
Take 2 drops in a veggie capsule with 2 drops geranium.
*Lymphatic and Kidney Support:
drink in water, apply diluted over lymph nodes (mostly right side of body), Kidney area, and/or bottoms of feet.

Apply under nose, to reproductive areas, and/or wear as a personal scent on pulse points. Inhale from cupped hands.
*Unsettled, stressed out, depressed, elevated cortisol levels:
Diffuse and/or inhale from cupped hands. Apply diluted to chest, solar plexus, back of neck, temples, and/or under nose.
*Hysteria, Panic, Grief, Shock, Irritation, and anger:
