Top Physical Uses:

Liver and Kidney Toxicity:

Take 2 drops in a capsule daily. Apply to the bottoms of your feet.

 

Stones in the Gallbladder or Kidney:

Apply diluted over kidney area with eucalyptus or take in a veggie capsule with 2 drops geranium to assist in passing stones with ease.

 

Blood Pressure, water retention:

Take 2 drops in a capsule or 1 drop per 12 oz of water. Apply to lower legs with carrier oil (stay out of the sun)

 

*Hangover, food poisoning, nausea:

Diffuse and take 1 drop under tongue with water.

 

*Runny Nose and Seasonal Allergies:

Diffuse and add 1 drop to drinking water with 1 drop lavender and 1 drop peppermint. You may choose to take in veggie capsule as well.

 

*Depression and Low Energy:

apply to the chest and forehead, diffuse and take 2 drops in a capsule.

 

*Brain fog, Lack of logical thinking:

Diffuse or inhale and/or take 2 drops in veggie capsule with 2 drops rosemary.

 

Excessive appetite:

add 2 drops to 8 oz of water to drink.

*Depressed, Agitated, Afraid, Nervous, Inner Child Work:

Take under tongue, apply to pulse points, and or inhale from cupped hands or diffuse.

 

*Digestion, gas, heartburn:

drink 1 drop in 12 oz of water, or 2 drops in a capsule.

 

*Liver, Kidney Toxicity, sluggish or obstructed bile flow:

take 2 drops in a veggie capsule with 2 drops juniper berry and 2 drops lemon.

 

*Lack of mental energy or alertness:

Apply to palms of hands, rub together, inhale deeply, then rub on base of neck. Diffuse in the room you spend the most time.
